Excel Chain of Custody (COC)

Refers to the chronological documentation, showing the custody, control, transfer, analysis, and disposition of the sample.   Please call if you need an Excel version of our COC, we will gladly email you one. Attached are the terms and conditions.

Our laboratory has competitive prices to help you keep your business local. Retail price list is for non-contractor clients. 

 Here is a form that will help you during field sampling so you can track all the sampling information needed to calculate volumes, pump information and project information.

Client needs to sign the Equipment Rental Agreement prior to renting any equipment.  Client understands that by initialing the box located next to the Equipment Rental program title herein that Client is entitled to participate in the specific program and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions indicated for that program.

HAL will be observing 12 days of Holidays this year, please see attached schedule.  Feel free to coordinate your project ahead of time, we can open the lab if needed.
