24/7 SAMPLE DROP BOXES
As a complimentary service for our clients, we offer two drop boxes!
There is one drop box in town and one outside of the lab.
#1 -- Our sample drop box is located near the Airport at 2968 Ualena Street, about two blocks Diamond Head side from the "Whale Mural" near the airport. (Look for the tall black box posted on the right exterior of the building.) Pick-up time is between 7:00 and 8:00 AM M-F.

#2 -- Located at our office in Kaimuki, you can find the drop box next to the front door of our downstairs receiving area, suite 102. This drop box can be used outside of office hours and will be checked each morning of our business days.
Please make sure samples being dropped off are contained within a bag, along with a corresponding COC or client information with it.
OUTER ISLAND CLIENTS
For fastest sample arrival to the O’ahu, HAL is a TSA approved customer (ID 89881) for Alaska Air Cargo. Packages shipped to us for pick up should use your own AAC account which will require upfront payment for shipping and will ask to provide an email address to notify us. Please use the email office@analyzehawaii.com and also email us the airwaybill number with which shipment method you used (General, Priority, Goldstreak). Please do not rely on AAC notification as a way of letting HAL know about your upcoming shipment as this is not a reliable way. Without an awb#, HAL cannot pick up the shipment. Please make sure that the notification reaches us by 8 AM in order to pick up that same day as our daily pick-up list is generated at 8 AM!
Samples can also be sent through FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
